How do I determine my correct size?

We generally recommend ordering a half-size smaller than you typically wear in athletic sneakers. Our boots are designed with a standard D width, but they will mold to your feet over time for a custom fit.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in unworn, brand-new condition with all original packaging included.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. International shipping times vary by location and usually range from 7-14 business days.

Are Thursday Boots waterproof?

While our WeatherSafe™ suede and leather options offer high water resistance, our standard leather boots are water-resistant but not fully waterproof. We recommend applying a leather protector for extra durability in wet conditions.

Can your boots be resoled?

Yes, most of our boots feature a Goodyear Welt construction, which allows them to be resoled by a professional cobbler, significantly extending the lifespan of your footwear.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes upon arrival.
