Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and packing slip, which will be sent directly to your email address.

Package Your Boots

Place the unworn items back in their original packaging and secure the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new pair.
